Circle offers PromoStandards. PromoStandards is a widely accepted standardized method of communicating between supplier and distributor's systems. It allows our customers to collect information about products, check inventory and even place orders seamlessly.

Circle has implemented some additional security measures beyond the standard. We require that the field "Subscription-Key" is added to the request header for all submissions. An example of an invalid "Subscription-Key response is shown below.
Circle has also implemented a limit of 30 requests per minute per service. An example of the response when the rate-limit is exceeded is shown below as well.

To become a Promo Standards Customer with Circle Clothing, please provide the following information:
1. UCC Prefix
2. DUNS Number

Services

Inventory

Provides the results of the current inventory levels for the specified product.

Media Content

Provides media content by specific parameters such as last change date, product id, part id, media type, etc.

Order Shipment Notification

Provides shipment details by specific parameters such as purchase order number, sales order number, or shipment date.

Order Status

Provides media content by specific parameters such as last change date, product id, part id, media type, etc.

Product Data

Provides detailed product data based on a specific product ID submitted in request.

Product Pricing and Configuration

Provides the pricing and configuration of a product and available FOB points.

Purchase Order

Allows customer to submit a purchase order to a vendor. It is designed to work in conjunction with data from the Product Pricing and Configuration web service.
